Today, the BDB convened members of the Business Financial Services task force and met at the BDB office. They discussed the success of the Palm Beach Global Finance Forum, which included 300 people at the Four Seasons. The Global Finance Forum also takes place in Greenwich, Connecticut, a key target market for the BDB's marketing efforts. The group also shared new ways that Palm Beach County is being marketed as an ideal location to financial services companies across the country. One campaign takes place in the Midwest and has landed two new finance companies since its inception and another ad campaign targeting CEOs in the Northeast, primarily in Boston, Greenwich, and New York City. The BDB shared a new video utilized for digital media purposes, enticing CEOs of the favorable business climate in Palm Beach County.

The City of West Palm Beach also provided an update on the Flagler Financial District, in which the group learned of a new, revamped map showcasing the class A office space in West Palm Beach.
