Adams Center for Entrepreneurship
Named in recognition of Florida Atlantic University graduate Scott H. Adams in 2001, the Adams Center for Entrepreneurship (ACE) brings students, faculty and the community together in the spirit of entrepreneurship to fuel the innovation needed to create new opportunities in the ever-changing global marketplace.





Research Park at Florida Atlantic University
The Research Park at Florida Atlantic University is the only state university affiliated research park in South Florida, and is home to 20+ high tech, high wage companies and 5 support organizations.  In addition, the Research Park at Florida Atlantic University operates the premier Technology Business Incubator (TBI) in our region. The TBI is home to the New World Angels, a structured angel investor group and the Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research, a clearing house for Florida’s technology transfer offices and other publicly funded research institutes.

Palm Beach State College Biotechnology Building
The 90,000-square foot, $15 million BioScience and Technology Complex opened in Spring 2008.  The facility features two wings connected by a multi-media lecture hall and courtyard. The building encompasses state-of-the-art classrooms and laboratories for the core science classes (biology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, physics and chemistry).  The second wing houses biotechnology, environmental science, and environmental horticulture classrooms and labs. A Wellness Center is also located in the complex. The new innovative center will lead in the training of future science-related professionals. These components are vital for the success of each student entering into the emerging science and biotechnology workforce in South Florida.  All laboratories and equipment located in the Bioscience and Technology Complex closely replicate the workplace environment. The scientific programs at Palm Beach State College not only teach scientific methods, but also promote hands-on training and a working knowledge of various instruments used in the biotechnology industry.

Life Science Technology HUB (LST HUB)
WaveFront Clinical Management Services in Jupiter, Florida, formed the Life Science Technology HUB (LST HUB) to further the growth of the life sciences industry in South Florida. The LST HUB holds monthly events on the 2nd Thursday of each month at Waterway Cafe on PGA Blvd in Palm Beach Gardens. The events begin at 6PM.  They welcome everybody in the Life Science and Technology Community to attend these informal networking events.

Start Up Palm Beach
Startup Palm Beach is an Entrepreneur Resource Center (“ERC”) at 416 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach. The ERC includes coworking space as well as a private incubator program. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and launch high-growth, high-impact startups.

Startup Palm Beach offers educational workshops, mentorship and funding programs in order to empower entrepreneurs to Think, Build and Grow. Unlike our competitors who are focused on capitalizing on the concept of coworking, Startup Palm Beach provides service-based leadership, putting the startup first and driving positive development and innovation.








Florida Manufacturing Extension Partnership
The Florida Manufacturing Extension Partnership (Florida MEP) leverages a vast array of public and private resources and services that are available to every manufacturing enterprise in the state.  The nationwide system of MEP centers is linked through the U.S. Department of Commerce – National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), with the common goal to strengthen the global competitiveness of U.S. manufacturers.  Services include: Enterprise Transformation, Performance Based Training, Supply Chain Management, and Innovation.
