July 2016 Labor Trends 

Palm Beach County's July unemployment rate of 5.2% is up from the June rate of 4.9% reflecting a net loss of 43 jobs and an  8,383 growth in labor force.

However, continued employment growth for Palm Beach County is indicated by the 3.1 percentage increase in the total non-agricultural jobs during the last twelve months.  This represents a net gain of 18,000 
jobs.
