Mega Sites

The Business Development Board has compiled an inventory of existing buildings and vacant commercial/industrial land to attract and retain large corporate users to Palm Beach County through outreach to brokers, land owners, chambers of commerce and local governments.  This inventory contains commercial and industrial buildings with 100,000 square feet of vacant space available as well as vacant land where a minimum of 100,000 s.f. of industrial or office space.  The program is intended to serve as a resource to large companies looking at relocating or expanding in Palm Beach County.

These properties are developable, for sale, and have access to utilities and major transportation corridors.   For the past five years, the BDB has seen the timeframe for selection of a site significantly shortened and when a site is selected, the company wants to build immediately.  This inventory will be marketed through the BDB’s website, to potential prospects and site selection consultants.
