BDB Facilitates New United Technologies Center to Locate to Palm Beach Gardens

United Technologies Corp. will bring 380 new jobs to Palm Beach County and will build a world-class facility in Palm Beach Gardens. UTC Building & Industrial Systems is the world’s largest provider of building technologies, including integrated HVAC, elevator and security systems, and the UTC Center for Intelligent Buildings will showcase its industry-leading building products to visitors from all over the globe. This newly constructed facility of approximately 230,000 square feet, located on the Briger Property near Donald Ross Road and I-95, will involve a $115 million capital investment. The BDB assisted UTC in its search for real estate, coordinated city, county, and state incentives, and arranged meetings with government officials.
