RALEIGH, NC and FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – March 20, 2017 – Fort Lauderdale, FL-based Stiles Residential Group and Raleigh, NC-based Grubb Ventures announced today that pre-leasing of The Carolinian on Glenwood has begun as the project nears completion. The project is being built by Clancy & Theys Construction Company.
