PALM BEACH STATE COLLEGE TO CLOSE BECAUSE OF HURRICANE IRMA

(LAKE WORTH, Fla. – Sept. 5, 2017) Due to the threat of Hurricane Irma, all campuses of Palm Beach State College will be closed Thursday through Sunday. All classes and activities scheduled during the closure period are cancelled.

Any additional updates will be communicated via the College website (www.palmbeachstate.edu), the College emergency alert system and social media.

Serving 48,000 students annually, Palm Beach State College is the largest institution of higher education in Palm Beach County, providing bachelor’s degrees, associate degrees, professional certificates, career training and lifelong learning. Established in 1933 as Florida's first public community college, Palm Beach State offers more than 130 programs of study at locations in Lake Worth, Boca Raton, Palm Beach Gardens, Belle Glade and Loxahatchee Groves.
