BOCA RATON, FL – April 12, 2018  –  Officials at Boca Raton Regional Hospital today announced that the Hospital has been recognized by Becker's Hospital Review as one of  "150 Great Places to Work in Healthcare” for the second consecutive year. The list recognizes organizations committed to fulfilling missions, creating outstanding cultures and offering competitive benefits to their employees. Boca Regional is one of only nine hospitals to be so recognized in the entire state of Florida. Other notable honorees across the nation include the Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

Becker's Hospital Review accepted nominations and developed an editorial review process to include organizations that have gone above and beyond to make their hospitals, health systems and companies great places to work. The 2018 list features both healthcare provider organizations and other healthcare-specific companies.

“We are again honored to receive this prestigious accolade,” said Mindy Raymond, Vice President of Human Resources at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. “This recognition, especially for two years running, is strong testimony to our commitment for Boca Regional to continually evolve as an attractive and fulfilling place for healthcare professionals to work.”

Boca Regional’s submission included a look at its diverse offerings in employee recognition and professional development programs, along with wellness initiatives and competitive benefits. Included were such examples as the Hospital’s @WorkCare Health Center, its Healthy Habits program and the host of resources available through its Employee Assistance Program.

“We applaud Mindy Raymond, Brian Altschuler, our Vice President of Ancillary Operations, and the entire Human Resources Department for their continuing efforts to provide programming that has helped to make Boca Regional an outstanding place to work,” said Jerry Fedele, President and CEO at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. “Our employees truly are our most important asset and this accolade reflects our desire to support them both professionally and personally.”
