January 16, 2019 – WEST PALM BEACH, FLA – The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB), in cooperation with the City of West Palm Beach, CareerSource Florida, and West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority, is pleased to announce the expansion of Digital Resource, a full-service internet marketing agency in downtown West Palm Beach. Digital Resource will add 66 new jobs to its current workforce of 39 and will move into a new 9,000 sq. ft. office located at 218 Datura Street.

What started as the BDB’s support of a local company’s grand opening two years ago has now blossomed into the creation of over 100 jobs and a capital investment of $750,000. The BDB assisted Digital Resource with expedited permitting with the City of West Palm Beach and facilitated technical assistance with two training grants through CareerSource Florida and the West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority.

Founded in Palm Beach County four years ago, Digital Resource was recently named one of the fastest-growing companies by Inc. Magazine and was also one of GrowFL’s “Florida Companies to Watch” of 2018.

Kelly Smallridge, President and CEO of the BDB said, “Digital Resource’s rapid growth demonstrates the support of homegrown companies throughout the county and reflects the thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem in downtown West Palm Beach.“

Shay Berman, Founder of Digital Resource said, “We are so proud to call downtown West Palm Beach our home. Our team here at Digital Resource is so fortunate to have the support of our community. It is unbelievably exciting to see what the future holds as we continue our expansion and build our local presence.”

The 27 year old founder continuously strives to provide clients with innovative marketing services and is looking forward to expanding Digital Resource into its new, downtown space that will hold more employees, more opportunity, and more success.
