Carey O’Donnell, a Palm Beach native and president of the O’Donnell Agency, was named 2019-20 chairwoman of the Business Development Board, Palm Beach County’s official economic development organization. She is listed as one of Florida Trend magazines most influential business leaders.

Others on the board’s executive committee include Harvey Oyer, vice-chairman, Shutts & Bowen law group; Frank Compiani, treasurer, RSM US, a tax consulting service; Gina Melby, secretary, HCA Hospitals; and Ben Boynton, past chairman, Boynton Financial Group. Cressman Bronson of PNC Bank and Erick Strati of Wells Fargo were appointed at-large members of the board of directors.
