The Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB) announced that it has assisted Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors (KAREA) with its relocation from New York to Palm Beach County. KAREA, a real estate private equity business, originates, executes and manages private investments in specialized niche real estate sectors, principally off-campus student housing.
