Help Send Talented Robotics Students in Pahokee to Frist Lego League Competition

 

Pahokee Middle School is seeking a sponsorship to send their Robotics students to participate in First Lego (FLL) League Competitions. The past two years, the robotics team has earned invitations to participate at the FLL Florida State Championships where only 50 of over 700 teams in Florida receive an invitation. Last season, the robotics team qualified for the FLL Razorback Invitational in Fayetteville, Arkansas where only 72 of over 55,000 teams from around the world receive an invitation to compete in.  Any donated monetary funds will go towards sending these talented students to represent the local community and your organization will be recognized for any donations made as you support making Pahokee academics great.

Collins Aerospace Created New Playing Field for OEMS

 

United Technologies Corp. (UTC) completed its $30 billion acquisition of Rockwell Collins, laying out a plan to emerge as an aerospace-focused company that comprises the newly formed Collins Aerospace and Pratt & Whitney, UTC announced on November 27. The company, meanwhile, will spin off non-aerospace units, including Otis and Carrier, into independent entities.
