Industrial and Commercial Real Estate

BDB MEMBERS LOOK INTO THE FUTURE OF OFFICE SPACE

BDB members, primarily industrial and commercial real estate leaders, convened at the City of West Palm Beach for the BDB's Quarterly Real Estate Roundtable. As the economy is heading into year 2020, the main topic discussed included trends in office space, from concept all the way to construction. The panel included a design expert, Keith Spina of GliddenSpina + Partners, a project management expert, Matt Kiziah of CBRE, and a construction expert, Rex Kirby of Verdex Construction. The moderator, Michael Thomas of The Weitz Company, led the conversation with a look into the future of office space and what it's projected to look like for years to come. Thank you to CenterState Bank for being the presenting sponsor.
